Who We Are
A word from our Founder Sarah aka Flow~
Flow~ operates from a mindful approach to beauty. I wish to encourage people to listen to their bodies, hearts and minds to move forward positively in their healing, health and wellness life journey. To feel full, complete, content and happy with where they are. To feel self assured. To appreciate their practice and progress. To see how far they have come and empower them to orientate themselves in the direction they wish to go safely and effectively. Recognizing that the hardest part is showing up for themselves. Some progress is better than none. We all arrive to where we are meant to be eventually.
Originally from Bowmanville Ontario, my Credentials include:
- Bachelor of Science, Degree from Trent University.
- Graduated with Honours from the Canadian Beauty College and received my Laser Technician Diploma.
My passions lay in health and wellness as I’ve always been keen to know more about how the human body functions. I believe we are each responsible for our own health and can improve our own circumstances by taking the appropriate steps to do so. We are the captains of our own vessels. By taking an interest and responsibility in our own self care we become more self aware and in tune with our own internal and external bodies. I seek to inspire this mind set in my current practice. Beauty and health go hand and hand. When we take care of the inside it is reflected in our outside appearance.
